Become familiar with your Union contract, or Collective Bargaining Agreeement (CBA). Click on the "Contracts" menu above, to find the contract with your employer.
For JVS members, note that "JVS SoCal" and "JVS SoCal GAIN unit" are two separate contracts.
If at any time management does not follow the terms of your CBA, then you/the Union can file a grievance. Please let us know if you think there is such a violation.
